I gave a presentation on "Encryption policy and cybersecurity" at the IAEA Advanced, Practitioner-Level Training Course on Preventive and Protective Measures against Insider Threats held on 8 September 2022 in Antwerp.
It discussed the relations among cybersecurity, insider threats and encryption. It then recommended organisational IT policies and national cybersecurity policies that can be adopted to prevent and protect against insider threats.
